Bordeaux Supérieur Le Secret de Lestrille Château Lestrille is made with the utmost care from the vine to the bottle, this is the result of the Château’s top wine-making expertise. Each parcel of Bordeaux Supérieur Le Secret de Lestrille Château Lestrille was vinified separately at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in carefully selected barriques, enhancing the wine with elegance and complexity. The wine saw further ageing in bottle, prior to release.
The vineyards are managed using sustainable viticultural practices. The utmost respect is given to the balance between the vines, their natural environment and the soil. These cool clay-based soils provide good water retention and impart a powerful quality to the resulting wine.
At Chateau Lestrille, Estelle Roumage makes modern, fruit-driven wines. They use sustainable winegrowing practices to respect the balance of the soil as they believe the essence of winemaking lies in the vineyard itself. They vinify each plot on their 45-hectare property separately with tailor-made precision. The Château is located at the northern point of the Entre-deux-Mers appellation in the small town of St. Germain du Puch between Libourne and Bordeaux.
