Etna Rosso 2021 – Eudes

The Etna Rosso 2021 by Eudes is a Sicilian wine with great character. The sandy volcanic soil on which the vines grow gives the wine a unique and distinctive minerality. The vinification takes place in the traditional way with a fermentation in steel for a period of 6 months. Subsequently, the wine is refined in the bottle for a further 6 months, allowing the flavours to develop and mature. This wine represents an excellence of Sicilian wine production, capable of telling the history and tradition of the Etna territory through every sip.
