Orange 2021 – Bedoba

The Orange Bedoba is a Georgian wine produced using the traditional “qvevri” method, using clay amphorae for fermentation and aging. This wine is made from white grapes, but is vinified using the “orange wine” technique, which involves prolonged contact of the skins with the must, giving the wine an amber color and a tannic structure. On the palate, it presents notes of dried apricot, spices and honey, with a light minerality.
