The Shiraz Cabernet from Saddle Creek is a red wine that combines the power of Shiraz with the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. On the nose, you can perceive intense aromas of ripe red fruits, plum and spicy notes of black pepper. On the palate, it is enveloping and soft, with velvety tannins and a long finish, embellished with hints of vanilla and toasted wood, due to the passage in oak barrels.
