The grapes to produce Toscana Bianco “Rèmole” Frescobaldi were harvested at the optimum maturity levels. The Vermentino and Trebbiano varieties were vinified separately, with fermentation taking place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, in order to maintain each varietal’s aromatic expression and purity of fruit. The Toscana Bianco “Rèmole” Frescobaldi malolactic fermentation did not take place retaining the crisp, vibrant style, with maturation lasting for one month in stainless steel.
The grapes come from the heart of central Tuscany, from vineyards with the best exposures to ripen the grapes, providing maximum aromatic expression and concentration of varietal flavour. The soils are composed of sand and clay, with good drainage.
