The Toscana Rosé IGT “Rèmole” Frescobaldi fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the delicate aromas and purity of fruit. The Toscana Rosé “Rèmole” Frescobaldi did not go through malolactic conversion in order to retain a fresh, crisp palate. It was matured for four months in tank, resulting in a fresh, vibrant and fruity wine.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards in central Tuscany with the best exposures, ensuring the optimum ripening of the berries. The vineyard soils are calcareous clay and rich in stone, providing good drainage.
