Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso “Torre del Falasco” 2020 – Cantina Valpantena

The Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso “Torre del Falasco” by Cantina Valpantena is a rich and enveloping red wine, typical of the Venetian tradition. Produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, Ripasso is obtained by repassing Valpolicella on the Amarone pomace, giving it greater structure and complexity. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and light notes of chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
